Repeat values before you send to a group or an external contact. The tool pauses when an action has a consequence: costs, contracts, or account changes. Use the confirmation flow in that case. The confirmation text must state the action, the recipient, and the reason. Measure success by delivery status, not by the send attempt. Report every delivery failure with the message identifier.
